Samoa won the Las Vegas (USA) tournament, 5th stage of the Sevens Rugby World circuit, by beating New-Zealand 26 to 19 in the Cup’s final.
South Africa was stopped by the New-Zealanders (20 to 7) in the Cup’s semi-finals.All the same, the South Africans go up by one place in the world ranking, from now on 3rd with 76 points.Kenya, 2nd African representative in the competition carried off the Plate’s final by beating Argentina 21 to 7 and work their way up to number 12 in the world ranking.
