Sevens World Series : South Africa ends the season beautifully.

On 29 May 2011, South Africa won The Edinburgh Sevens Rugby Tournament (Scotland) by beating Australia 36 to 35 in the final, thus ending the season in 2nd place with 140 points, behind the 2011 Champions: New-Zealand (166 points).

The South-Africans end the season with a double victory: the London Tournament (22 May 2011) and Edinburgh Tournament. Remember that they had also won the Las Vegas USA Sevens on the 13th of February this year.

Kenya, 2nd African representative in this Sevens Rugby World circuit, grabbed the Final Bowl by beating Scotland 21 to 14 and now ranks 9th in the World at the end of the season with 16 points.
