The Victoria Cup is a rugby union triangular tournament played on the basis of home and away matches between Kenya, Uganda and Zimbabwe.
The Elgon Cup brings together rugby union Women's team from Kenya and Uganda meeting on the basis home and away matches. The Elgon Cup matches are played as a curtain raiser to those of the Victoria Cup.
To be noted that in 2011, Zimbabwe won the Victoria Cup and Kenya the Elgon Cup.
