CAR Development Regional Officers activities' outcomes

Following the Sevens Rugby Trainers' courses held in Dakar on 06 and 07/12/12, CAR Development Regional Officers met on 08/12/12 for a day focussing on the outcomes of their activities in 2011 and their projects for 2012.

Mohamed Sahraoui and Mohsen Bouchmel for the North zone (Algeria, Lybia, Egypt, Mauritania), Siaka Traoré and Adama Bahroum for West Africa (Mali, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Togo, Benin), Charles Yapo, Pierre Nomo for Central Africa (Chad, Centre Afrique, Gabon, RDC, Congo) worked with JL Barthès, IRB RDM Africa, on an assessment of Unions visited in 2011 and then on priorities to give to their plans for 2012. In addition, important work has been carried out on the training network to be established with countries non-members of IRB.
