CAR’s Executive Committee Meeting

This meeting was held on Friday 11 November 2011 in a meeting room at the Intercontinental Hotel in Nairobi.

After Mwangi Muthee, Chairman of Kenya Rugby Union's welcome address, a long day's work started for A. Bougja, CAR's President, D. Gilbert, Vice President, M. Green, General Secretary, M. Zahui, Treasurer and, G. Anan Myers, G. Ndiaye, W. Blick, K. Babou, R. Omwela, all 5 of them Committee members. The 8 members who rule over African rugby's destiny were supported in their work by M. Buckley, C. Booysen and JL. Barthès from IRB.

For more than 10 hours, all the matters on the agenda were broached and numerous decisions were taken with regards to competitions, women's rugby, CAR's statutes and regulations, administrative and financial management, communication and search for partners conducted by the organisation.

A very productive working session and numerous decisions taken that will be on line in the next few days...
